My family has recently had a very bad experience with Cuisinart.  We gave them every opportunity to make it right but they have only made it worse.  We had no other choice: the website had to be created.  Here is the website documenting our experience leading to our conclusion that Cuisinart Sucks.

Silly Cuisinart; they should know better than to vend a defective coffee pot to a woman who loves her coffee!
