In this session, Andrea will discuss various analytic tools and show
you how to determine key metrics, identify acceptable benchmarks,
establish processes for collecting and analyzing online data, and use
the knowledge you gain. She will give you the tools to improve future
marketing and prove the value of your efforts to your boss.
